Facets of Information Gathering and Sharing :: F.I.G.S.

Introduction

Briefly after starting a course of studies in Library and Information Science I realized that I kept getting lost trying to remember the ever increasing locations of information. In spite of the wealth of existing webliographies or bookmarking services, by or for librarians, I started this site with the hope I could reinforce my understanding of the tools and methods used for information gathering and sharing. I see the site, in other words, as a sandbox for information gathering and sharing--a final product it's not in the intent of the present work.
